Related invested $4.7 million to rehabilitate Golfside Villas, providing residents with new cabinetry, granite countertops, tile floors, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures and stainless steel appliances. Community amenities include new gym equipment, a new playground, new computers for the business center and a completely renovated pool deck.
