Jack Orr Plaza

Jack Orr Plaza offers elderly and disabled public housing in a 200-unit, 12-story residential building and includes a community center/leasing office and parking. The property, managed by TRG Management Company, was completed in early 2015. Jack Orr Plaza was created as a public/private partnership with Miami-Dade County. The community was funded by federal tax credits awarded by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
