Princeton Landings

Princeton Landings, located at 24300 SW 127th Place, is a new garden-style mixed-income development serving Miami-Dade County’s Princeton neighborhood in South Dade. This project spans ten acres and offers 333 mixed-income units, with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

60% of all units will serve workforce households earning 110% – 120% AMI, while 40% of the total units will be reserved for affordable households at 60% AMI.

Princeton Landings will feature state-of-the-art amenities including a swimming pool, gym, package room, bicycle storage, coworking spaces, and a dog park. The project will include surface parking for all residents.
