SoMi Parc

Residences at SoMi Parc is a public-private partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Housing and Community Development in the City of South Miami. This park-side and transit-oriented development is located adjacent to Marshall Williamson Park and within a short walking distance to the South Miami MetroRail, Residences at SoMi Parc features 172 units in a Class-A mixed-income development. The project is Phase 1 of the Related Urban and Miami-Dade County’s 578-unit SoMi Parc Master Plan to revitalize the existing South Miami Gardens public housing community and provide replacement housing for all existing South Miami Gardens residents, alongside new affordable, workforce, and market rate households. The project will feature market rate level amenities and best-in-class finishes in every unit, as well as ground-floor commercial space with local community partners. Residences at SoMi Parc will also include new green space, signature public art, and comfortable public plazas to activate the pedestrian realm.
