Woodlake, which includes 224 affordable housing units located in the very desirable area of West Palm Beach, became an even more sought-after place to live on the heels of a complete rehabilitation undertaken by Related in 2014. The $6.8 million investment enhanced the property and greatly improved the energy efficiency of the buildings. In addition, the renovations included replacement of all plumbing fixtures with low-flow fixtures to conserve water. The property’s amenities were all upgraded, and now include new gym equipment, a totally renovated pool area and a new playground.
