Liberty Square

Liberty Square Phase One is the initial phase of a master plan to redevelop the 55-acre Miami-Dade County Public Housing site known as Liberty Square. Liberty Square is located in a mixed-use neighborhood complete with arts and culture, educational facilities, health centers, parks and recreation and more. Located just minutes from I-95 and conveniently close to Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Port of Miami, Design District, Midtown, Miami International Airport, Wynwood and the MiMo District, Phase One includes the construction of six buildings consisting of 204 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units on approximately six acres of the total site.
